Any improvements and betterments on your condominium unit, made by you or acquired at your expense, are covered up to two times the amount of your personal property coverage. Unit improvement and betterments can include upgraded kitchen cabinets, upgraded carpet, jet tubs, and so on.

For example, if you’re insuring your personal property for $50,000, the amount of insurance related to any improvements and betterments on the unit will be $100,000.

It is mandatory for newly licensed drivers in your household to be insured under your auto insurance policy to ensure adequate coverage in the event of a claim.

A newly licensed driver is defined as a driver who has a learner’s permit (must be accompanied by an experienced driver) or a probationary license.
